About the Work | Intellectual Property

After 30 years of research, testing, and personal struggle — including my battle with cancer — I have made one final, defining decision: the complete design, theory, formulas, and plans contained in this book are formally released into the PUBLIC DOMAIN worldwide.

Here I explain exactly what this means, why I chose this path, and — most importantly — why no individual, company, or government can ever claim ownership, patent, or exclusive rights over this work.

📜 What Does “Released Into the Public Domain” Mean?

When I place this work into the public domain, I am voluntarily giving up all intellectual property rights I could otherwise hold. This means:

✅ No patents filed, no trademarks registered, no copyright restrictions on the technical content

✅ It belongs to everyone and no one — it is part of the shared knowledge of humanity

✅ Anyone — anywhere — can read, build, use, modify, improve, copy, and share these designs without asking permission, paying fees, or signing licenses

❓ Why Did I Choose This Route?

Three reasons drove this decision:

1. 30 Years of Effort Deserves Freedom

I spent three decades solving a problem that limits every generator built since the 1880s. This knowledge was hard‑won, tested through hundreds of prototypes, and refined through countless failures. I did not want it locked behind paywalls, legal barriers, or expensive licenses. It should help people, not profit a few.

2. My Battle With Cancer Changed Everything

When I faced cancer, my priorities shifted completely. I realized: if I did not finish and release this freely, it might never reach the world. I refused to let illness or time risk making this work disappear. Giving it to the public guarantees it survives forever.

3. Stop Energy Monopolies

Patents are used to control, restrict, and raise costs. If I had patented it, a large corporation could later buy it, suppress it, or charge high prices. Public domain removes that risk entirely — it cannot be bought, shelved, or hidden.

⚖️ Why It Can Never Be Patented or Claimed Later

This is the most important legal and scientific fact: once fully disclosed into the public domain, it is permanently unpatentable. Here is exactly why:

✅ Patent Law Requires “Novelty”

For any invention to be patented, it must be new — never before disclosed to the public anywhere in the world.

  • By publishing every detail — theory, math, diagrams, construction steps — I have created prior art.
  • This means the design is already “known” to the world.
  • No patent office anywhere on Earth can grant a valid patent for something already fully described and freely available.

✅ It Cannot Be “Taken Back”

Public domain status is permanent and irreversible. Once the information is out there, it cannot be erased, retracted, or re‑closed. Even I cannot later file a patent on it — because I myself already made it public.

✅ No One Can Claim It As Their Own

Any person or organization trying to file a patent will be rejected immediately, because the book and website stand as official, dated proof that the technology existed before their application. Courts worldwide uphold this rule: prior disclosure = no exclusive rights.

🤝 What This Means For You

  • Freedom to build: No royalty payments, no usage limits
  • Freedom to improve: You can adapt it for homes, farms, vehicles, or industry
  • Security: You will never receive a legal letter ordering you to stop using it
  • Legacy: This technology stays open, accessible, and affordable for future generations

Final Statement

“I did not spend 30 years to create something that only the wealthy or powerful can use. I overcame cancer to finish this work so it could serve all people. By placing it in the public domain, I lock it open forever — a gift to humanity, free from ownership, free from restriction, and free to change how we power our world.”
